The 27th protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office continued with a speech by a teacher, who said that his participation in the rally is a moral obligation and called on citizens to continue the protest until the government leaves.
During his speech, he accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of the way Tirana has developed and criticized the government's urban policies.
"I am a teacher and I come here from time to time because I see it as a moral duty. Rama will resign and has nowhere to go. The popular river has swollen and is cleaning up the dirt. The world needs to understand what this man has done ," he said.
Further, the teacher described the prime minister as responsible for the concreting of the capital.
"This man has made Tirana terrible. No crisis of a people can be compared to the urban planning crisis. This is the criminal of concreting Tirana. He took away our peace and took away the children's childhood," he declared.
His speech was accompanied by applause from the protesters, who continued to chant calls for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the removal of the government.
