IKMT has continued its action to demolish unauthorized constructions in the Valbona Valley today.
In a statement to the media, residents tearfully stated that they have rebuilt the facilities that are being demolished by IKMT as best they can.
"I'm here full of medicine...to eat a piece of bread, we don't have it for anything else. All three children are crying, we did it for a piece of bread. We did it this year, look at where we are now," the old woman says through tears.
"It's tearing down the roof... I'm Albanian, I'm not Serbian. Tear it down and leave it like that... it didn't do anything," says the other old man.
In total, 22 buildings are scheduled for demolition. So far, IKMT has demolished 3 buildings, while 16 others are in the process of being dismantled by the residents themselves. 3 more buildings still remain to be demolished.
