MP Marjana Koçeku, otherwise known as "Neomalesorja", has joined today's mega protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office in Tirana.

Her presence at the 21st anti-government rally attracted the attention of participants and the media, especially after her recent departure from the Socialist Party parliamentary group.

Asked by reporters if she had a comment about participating in the protest or political developments, Koçek chose not to give detailed statements.

"Let's leave the attention to the protest. I will speak at a later time," she said briefly.

The MP's presence at the protest comes on a day when Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with the Socialist Party parliamentary group, while protesters from Albania and the diaspora gathered in front of the Prime Minister's Office with demands against the government and the political class.
