Doloreza Musabelliu is one of the prosecutors running for head of the Special Prosecution Office.
She is one of the prosecutors who was taken into protection due to suspicions that Laert Haxhiu's group would carry out an assassination attempt against her.
She stated that since the moment she started working at the Serious Crimes Prosecution Office, she has had a limited life and has not had any problems.
However, regarding this threat, he emphasized that at first it was a shock to him, but the problem was the way the family dealt with it later.
"It was a shock for me, but in that case I had rigorously applied the law, rather the problems were passed on to my family members. I got used to that situation, while my family members had a problem with that situation," she said.
During her presentation to the High Prosecutorial Council, the candidate for head of SPAK, Doloreza Musabelliu, was asked about the recent public and political debate related to security measures, especially that of prison arrest, which was also mentioned in the Assembly resolution.
Musabelliu explained that the head of SPAK does not have the authority to influence security measures requested by prosecutors or imposed by the court.
