She said that the success of a prosecutor is not measured by a file, but by his performance.
" For me, the success of a prosecutor is measured by the approach he has not only with the file, but with the way he approaches the structure, including the tasks. A prosecutor can fail with one file, but can have great success with other files, just as conversely, he can excel with one file, but have a poor performance. A prosecutor must be very fair and very precise to be called successful ," said Musabelliu.
Regarding the fight against corruption, she said that such an investigation without the financial side is incomplete.
"In cases of corruption, a full investigation is needed, an investigation of the financial side, because otherwise we cannot have a full investigation," she said.
