The court hearing against Behar Bajri, Safet Bajri and Astmer Bilali, accused of the murder of Fatbardh Lici, has been postponed at the GJKKO.
It is learned that the reason for the postponement of the session was the absence of one of the defense lawyers.
SPAK has closed the investigations and sent Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri (Rustemi), and Astmer Bilali, suspects in the murder of Fatbardh Lici in Shkodra in August 2018, for trial at the Criminal Court of Kosovo.
For the murder of Fatbardh Lici, SPAK has filed charges of "Premeditated Murder", committed in the special form of collaboration, that of a structured criminal group, as well as "structured criminal group" and "commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group" against Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali.
