Security expert Get Metani stated in the studio of the Quo Vadis show on Vizion Plus that the introduction of cell phones into prisons has turned into a well-organized corruption scheme.
According to Metani, to get a phone into prison, the fee can reach up to 1,500 euros.
He emphasized that there are many ways to sneak prohibited devices into prisoners' cells, blaming the internal control service in the penitentiary system for this situation.

Metani: In the electrical appliances, everywhere. There is an internal control service in prisons, which is not functional. The appointments are made by the parties. As I want to mention, the director is appointed by the ministers, he comes from the administration. There are leaders who are also party leaders.
