Dashamir Shehi said that the opposition should surround itself with honest and capable people.
He stressed that it is very important to break the 2009 agreement between Rama and Berisha that maintains this system.
Shehi also said that the opposition has been losing votes for 10 years due to this law and will not change it.

"Let's overthrow the dirty 2009 Rama and Berisha agreement. How is it good that Berisha doesn't join in on this work because he did it. He did it more because he was prime minister. The political form comes from this system. If it were a different law, we would have a different situation. The opposition has been losing votes for 10 years because of this law and will not change it. The day this law is changed, the absolutism of the party leader will fall ," Shehi told "A2 CNN".
