" Pamphlet " has obtained the prosecutor's investigation file, where countless violations and abuses have been found. In addition to the billions that have gone to various companies at home and abroad, what stands out is that Bankers is the company with the highest salaries in the country.
According to what the prosecution says, there are individuals who have received up to 800 million old lek per year, meaning an average salary of 66 million lek per month. A finance director, for example, has a salary of 25 thousand dollars per month. What is also striking is that the Chinese have salaries many times higher than Albanians.
Below are the salaries of legal and finance staff, while there are Chinese officials with even more insane salaries. According to the prosecution, legal and financial advisors are paid a lot and should have helped the company avoid violations.
" Furthermore, in order to prove the fictitiousness and damage caused to the state budget by the company "Bankers Petrolcum Albania Ltd", the proceeding body analyzed the payroll for March 2025 (looking at it from the perspective of positions and payments during the years 2023-2024), where this company has about 16-18 employees engaged in the fields of procurement, lawyers, legal advisors, legal director, etc. These are qualified professionals who provide complete and legal services, ensuring that every legal activity carried out by the company "Bankers Petroleum Albania Ltd" is based on legal principles and standards ," the prosecution stated.

This citizen also bears her responsibilities regarding the economic and financial activity of the company "Bankers Petroleum Albania Ltd", as she is suspected of being an accomplice with the entire management staff of the company in a major financial fraud that they have committed for years against the Albanian state.
