For 40 days, Albanians have been protesting against the government and demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama. Professor Lush Susaj called for unity in today's protest, stating that it is very important that citizens do not give up on their demands.
He also called on European and US embassies to support the Albanian people on this journey.
"The most corrupt, thieving and anti-Albanian government Albania has ever had. I call on the students and pupils of Albania, throw away all party propaganda and return to national interests. This protest is in the service of the nation. We must fight until the end to restore democracy, it is a fight in the interest of pluralism and democracy. ]
"I appeal to the European embassies and the US embassies, help us and stand with the Albanians because with this political class, neither we nor Europe are in good hands. Enough with the pigs of corruption, look at the new generation. You who hide and remain silent will be covered in shame," he said, among other things.
