Scandal in Serie A/ Drugs and prostitution, Inter and Milan players part of

A network structured in a corporate form is suspected of organizing luxurious parties for around 50 Serie A footballers, including players from Inter, Milan and other teams visiting Milan, for years. The events were held after matches and promoted as relaxing and exclusive activities.

According to the investigation, for some participants, the parties continued in private hotel rooms, where escort services were offered for high fees. In some cases, the use of nitrous oxide, known as "laughing gas", a substance that according to investigators is difficult to detect in anti-doping controls, is also reported.

Four managers of the network have been placed under house arrest, accused of inciting and exploiting prostitution, as well as other criminal offenses. According to authorities, they have profited over one million euros from this activity.

The organization operated through an events agency based in Cinisello Balsamo, which promoted parties in well-known clubs in Milan and abroad. Through public relations agents, the connection between clients and the girls recruited for these events was ensured.

Around 100 young girls were involved in these activities, initially to entertain clients in public spaces such as dance floors or VIP tables. However, according to investigations, some of them also offered sexual services in return for payments amounting to thousands of euros.

Authorities emphasize that the presence of girls at events does not constitute a legal violation in itself, but the criminal element is related to the mediation and financial gain from prostitution.

The investigation by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office, led by deputy prosecutor Bruna Albertini, identifies two of the suspects as key figures in the network. To guarantee maximum discretion, the organization used premises controlled by it, avoiding hotel check-ins.

Wiretaps released by investigators mention requests from clients for girls, including well-known international figures. According to the data, a limited number of women, aged 18–30, benefited from up to 50% of the income from the activity.

The Guardia di Finanza has seized over 1.2 million euros, suspected of being proceeds from illegal activities, including money laundering and drug trafficking. According to the prosecution, the suspects' real income was significantly higher than the official declarations and is mainly related to the organization of these events.
