Waiting to start the important European Leagues, where a large part of Albanian footballers are active, this beginning of the season sees some of the red and black strikers as protagonists. Arbër Hoxha appeared in excellent form, scoring 2 goals in the first 2 games with Dinamo Zagreb.
Mirlind Daku has also shown a very good form, since in the first four games in Russia he scored 3 goals and gave 2 assists. Daku was chosen as the best player of the fourth week in Russia.
Finally, Jasir Asani is back as a protagonist with his team in South Korea. Albanian "Sallaks" scored a very nice goal last weekend, for him this was the first goal of the season. Like Daku, Asani was adjudged the player of the match.
The form of the 3 red and black strikers is fantastic news for Silvinho, where, most likely, Hoxha-Daku-Asani is expected to be Albania's trident at the start of the League of Nations, in the first two challenges against Ukraine on September 7, and against Georgia three days later.
