The Grasshoppers will face Bayern Munich in a friendly match today at 18:00. The match will take place in Zurich, as this will be the last test for Vincent Kompany's team before the German Super Cup against Stuttgart.

Albanian midfielder Amir Abrashi, in the position of Grasshoppers captain, will not be able to help his teammates against the Bavarians, due to physical problems.

The 35-year-old Albanian has a contract with the Swiss Super League club until the summer of 2026. It is worth mentioning that Abrashi had the chance to duel against Bayern during his time with Freiburg in the Bundesliga.
