Torino has joined the list of clubs interested in Kristjan Asllani.
According to TMW, the club have their eyes on the Inter midfielder and are seriously considering a move, even considering a possible switch to a 4-3-3 formation. The red and black international feels the need for a change of scenery to find consistency. And Torino would be a welcome prospect, especially if Marko Baroni were to deploy him in the centre of his midfield.
It's no secret that Asllani is also being targeted by other clubs, with Fiorentina potentially making a move if Rolando Mandragora leaves, and Bologna trying to make enquiries with both Inter and the player's entourage. Currently, however, Torino are considering the move, although initial contact with Inter has yet to be made.
The idea comes from Torino's sporting director, Davide Vagnati, who is looking for the final pieces to complete a team that is missing only the final pieces, after an important transfer window that has brought in quality players and places Torino on the starting line for next season's Serie A with the aim of improving on the position of recent seasons and getting closer to the European qualification zone.
If this transfer were to happen, Asllani would find his national team mate, Ardian Ismajli, at the 7-time Italian champions.
