Marsel Zadrima and his brother, Francis, are two names known to the Albanian public, especially as part of the famous musical group "Magic 4". They have worked together for years and are a close team, not only in a personal but also in a professional sense. However, like any brotherly relationship, it has gone through different periods, including the most difficult ones of childhood.
In a recent interview in the studio of "Shije Shtëpie", Marcel recalled with humor and sincerity what the relationship between him and Francis was like when they were children. He emphasized that, although today they are successful partners and excellent collaborators, there were moments of jealousy, which are typical of any sibling relationship in childhood.
Marsel Zadrima: My brother and I have known very well how to differentiate and serve a common goal. We are always two halves of the same body, in the sense that our mother and father made us, but we have never been separated, we are door to door with each other. We are very understanding with each other, he has his own things that he knows how to do perfectly and I do not compete with his things, he simply enjoys when I do something of his and I enjoy very much when he tries out the things I do, so we are very differentiated in the things we do to serve that common work that we have.
-Did you ever feel inferior, second in any situation as a child?
Marcel Zadrima: France yes, because he was born second. I was the beginning of everything, I felt jealous without a doubt when France was born, as they tell me. For example, I put a nut in his mouth, I wanted to choke him.
-How many years are you apart?
Marsel Zadrima: 4 years. It's fixed, that nut goes all the way down my throat.
