The singer Arjan Dredhasi told the story of his love with his wife in the show "Shije Shtepie". He discovered that they were very young when there was simply attraction between them. However, their love story remained suspended for many years, as they moved away from each other, and after 16 years it was sealed with marriage.
"As far as I'm concerned, my wife chose me. My theory is that I don't believe men choose, it's women who choose.
I'm talking about myself, I say that in my time they chose us. I tore up my sneakers chasing my wife through the streets of Korça and it was normal that there were many men who had their eyes on her, but I call myself lucky that she chose me. Then from the moment we are together, that we have been together for many years and I am very happy about this, but from that moment until today, every day is a test, without question.
[In the beginning] there was an attraction that we had, let's call it chemistry that after a while we lost it… it was the transition in '91, the parents were ambassadors, she went out, I went out. And for about 16 years we lost, not that we broke up for a reason. After 16 years, we were directly with a ring, we were directly either getting married or not," he said.
