The gesture has made a "mess" on the network by declaring that he will share a secret that involves him and Janet.
The secret, as Gesti says, is about something that happened inside, or that got that information inside.

The gesture then tells him that it is something that includes Janet inside and not outside.

She then reacted indignantly at the words he was saying.

It is not yet known what it is about, but it seems that the resident's threat has made Janeta very angry.
