Journalist Valbona Mhilli classifies herself among people who believe in the afterlife and reuniting with loved ones after death. During the conversation in "Taste of Home", she says that it is not only faith that affects her, but also the signs she has seen. In the signals she thinks came from the deceased father, it was during a visit to the cemetery that she and her granddaughter heard noises coming from the grave.
Valbona Mhilli: The sign that even when I went with my granddaughters to my father's grave, we heard the grave with my granddaughters, which made a very loud noise. We have seen signs that dad appeared to us in a dream both to my granddaughter and to me, so there are many signs that led us to believe that the spirit lives and my dad's spirit is with me all the time.
For the first sign part, now how did you experience that moment and you were both so clear on that, I don't understand?
Valbona Mhilli: We were together with our family members in our rituals where we went to see my father. Dad had a very close relationship with me and the great granddaughter. Granddaughter's Visit to the Tomb While we were sitting at the tombstone, the granddaughter and I heard a strong shaking of the tomb, a noise that came from a very deep place and it seemed like something was knocking. This was heard only by me and my niece, both of us were sick and did not react.
Were there other people in the meantime?
Valbona Mhilli: Yes, other people too. While we left the grave, I start crying in the car, I say that dad is alive and I tell this scene that I heard, and meanwhile my niece on the other hand reacts and says "aunt, I heard it too, but I was too afraid to tell it because I thought that you wouldn't believe me"
