Accused of supplying drugs to Liam Payne, the hotel waiter: We both drank it in his room

New details have come to light from the tragic death of the world-famous singer, Liam Payne.

Foreign media reports that a former employee of the "CasaSur Palermo" hotel in Argentina, where the singer died, was recently handcuffed.

The waiter was arrested after allegedly supplying the former One Direction member with drugs that led to his death on October 16.

Brian Nahuel Paiz was arrested by police outside his home in Buenos Aires on Friday, January 3, his lawyer, Fernando Madeo Facente, confirmed to People. He is expected to face 4 to 15 years in prison.

But Paiz, who worked as a waiter in one of the hotel's restaurants, denied all the accusations.

In November, he told local Argentine news station Telefe Noticias that he did not supply Payne with drugs, but admitted that the two consumed alcohol and used drugs in the singer's hotel room.
