The famous poet, Mimoza Ahmeti, invited to the studio of the show QUO VADIS, spoke about the sacrifices of her life and the challenges of marriage.
The winner of the show Ferma VIP 3, in a candid confession, shared with the public her experiences of motherhood at an age when she was not yet ready to become a mother.
"20 or so years of marriage, which were very difficult, due to the very difficult economy, I had difficulties with my husband's family because he was a little younger, I had some other difficulties, even though I was a very well-known writer, who went into freelance work at 25 years old, the youngest in the entire East, because the East used freelance work, which was very quickly taken away from me due to the jealousy of men. This married life, the children came one after the other. Children, which I will admit, I had not programmed that I wanted to become a mother so soon. I was completely at the height of creativity, of a school that I had studied intensively. In this whole panorama, family existence, 2 children, the fact that by having children, you are committed, you are blocked by them", said Mimoza Ahmeti.
Mimoza Ahmeti said that her daughters had a hard time accepting the poet's desire to start a new life after her divorce from her ex-husband.
"Marriage sees you as its property, which includes the partner, the children see you as the property of the mother, the husband sees you as the property of the husband. You are a neglected object. The child loves the mother at all times. He will not know what your erotic feelings are, whether you are enjoying yourself or not. We must say it openly, as it is. With great difficulty and late, the children have barely accepted my claim to start a life from scratch. It is innocent on their part, because they have seen "the mother" and they want to see her until the end. Even the husband had seen a relatively submissive woman. In addition to the fact that in 2007, when I was still with him, I started my Master's degree, in 2010 I got my PhD. And in the end, when we separated, he said something that was shocking: "You never forgot your goals, your creativity". I have lived and doubled my entire family life, it was the family, and the man I wanted to process until the end," said the winner of Ferma VIP 3, Moza Ahmeti.
