Former President Vjosa Osmani, who is running with the LDK list in the elections being held in Kosovo, accompanied by her husband, voted at the "Shkëndija" primary school in Hajvali, Pristina.
"We are in electoral silence, but I am naturally very happy with the way in which the citizens of Kosovo take as a national obligation the opportunity to contribute to every electoral process, because this is very important, because without them there is no democracy, and I am very grateful for everything they do for this country and they never stop contributing," Osmani declared to the media.
Kosovo is holding early parliamentary elections, and it is unknown whether or not today's process will succeed in resolving the political impasse, or whether political parties will cooperate among themselves to overcome the obstacles.
