Analyst Fatos Lubonja has responded to Prime Minister Edi Rama's statements regarding the Zvërnec project. Lubonja said that the vision that Rama is pursuing today is completely different from the one he supported years ago.
Lubonja emphasizes that Rama, in today's speech where he attacked the analyst and insisted on the resort project in Zvërnec, posed as a patriot to create confusion regarding the acquisition of a property in a controversial area.
He also brought to attention other cases, such as the stadium project in Tirana, to argue that decision-making is focused on a single person, without transparency and without public consultation.
"The ideas he had are the opposite of these projects. Against skyscrapers. The vision you have is not the vision you had and you transformed it. When the stadium was demolished, the same thing happened with Zvërnec. He made a project for the stadium, he makes a decision and says I will make this decision because I know. He eliminates all structures and consultations with the public." - Lubonja said, among other things, on News 24.
