A week after the order of the Chairman of the Socialist Party and Prime Minister Edi Rama at the Socialist Party Assembly, 35 socialist councilors of the Municipality of Tirana, flocked like "sheep" to his office, and signed the illegal request for the dismissal of Mayor Erion Veliaj.
They may not have done it willingly, but by submitting and signing, they showed a lack of dignity and integrity, acting like reptiles who, on the orders of the "king", "ate the bread and overturned the cup" of their arrested boss, declaring him guilty without justice being served.
They hold high positions in the institutions of the "Rama" government and businessmen connected to the government, who benefit from economic and financial favors, most of whom were promoted and selected as advisors by Erion Veliaj himself.
Here are the advisors who signed the request for Erion Veliaj's dismissal:
- Endri Fuga, Director of Communications at the Prime Minister's Office.
- Aldrin Dalipi, Chairman of the Tirana District Council.
- Megi Fino, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chairperson of the Tirana Municipal Council.
- Eridian Salianji, Head of the Legal Office at the Socialist Party for electoral matters and representative at the CEC.
- Sara Shameti, Coordinator of the Ministry of Interior for Public Consultation of Laws.
- Etleva Bajrami, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana and Foreign Advisor to the Minister of Finance.
- Ledia Tota, former Director of the Territorial Development Agency and Secretary General of the National Territorial Council.
- Sonila Qato, Former Director General of the Property Restitution and Compensation Agency, former Director General of Roads and former Minister of State for Entrepreneurship.
- Luan Bregasi, builder, president of the business association and member of the Board of the Investment Agency; has received state funds and dozens of construction permits for towers, hotels and resorts.
- Arta Dollani, former Director of Cultural Heritage and Director of the Environmental Agency.
- Genci Hyska, Director of the Obstetric and Gynecological Hospital "Koço Gliozheni"-Tirana.
- Joleza Koka, former Chair of the Socialist Youth Forum and advisor to the Ministry of Health.
- Julian Hodaj, Deputy Minister of Interior, Board member of the Roads Directorate and 2 other boards.
- Reme Ymer Lala, former PDIU MP, former SP MP and General Director of the State Social Service at the Ministry of Health.
- Blerina Doracaj, former Director General of Mortgages, currently a specialist in the government.
- Gazmend Paja, actor, beneficiary of 133 thousand m2 of state land in Dhërmi, as a strategic investor.
- Silda Çepe, former Specialist in the Prime Minister's Office, Deputy Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
- Endrit Hoxha, Deputy Minister of Education.
- Adelina Greca, Executive Director of the National Territorial Planning Agency.
- Hantin Bonati, former Director of "Albcontrol" and Deputy Minister of Infrastructure-Energy.
- Vjollca Braho, former Director of the Health Care Fund, former Director of the Social Security Institute, former Deputy Minister of Health, currently a government official.
- Glindxhet Madhi, Coordinator for the "Tirana-European Youth Capital" projects, and recruiter of young people for the SP Political Academy.
- Katerina Marku, Commissioner for Energy in the Municipality of Tirana and businesswoman.
- Aldo Merkoçi, Advisor to the Minister of State for Local Government.
- Enio Civici, former Deputy Minister of Agriculture.
- Agim Kraja, construction businessman, beneficiary of millions of euros in tenders, construction permits and licenses from the "Rama" government and concessions for 7 private hydropower plants.
- Halit Valteri, former DP MP, SP MP candidate and advisor to the Prime Minister.
- Rezart Isufi, former Director of OSHEE-Shkodra and official in the General Directorate of OSHEE.
- Endrit Braimllari, former MP and Secretary General of LSI; joined the group of SP advisors and is Deputy Chairman of the Tirana Municipal Council.
- Alfred Muharremi, Director of the Social-State Service for the Tirana Region.
The request for the dismissal of Mayor Erion Veliaj on the orders of Edi Rama was also signed by 5 other SP municipal councilors, who are young patrons employed in the offices of several government agencies./ Pamphlet
