The head of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, has responded to the statements of his socialist counterpart, Taulant Balla, who asked the opposition to submit a motion of no confidence in the government.
Bardhi said that Balla cannot dictate to the Democratic Party how it will act in the Assembly. He added with irony that the only thing that, according to him, Balla can suggest is the adoption of laws that favor Artur Shehu, the owner of the land where the resort in Zvërnec is planned to be built.
"The actions of the DP group in the assembly are not suggested by Balla, the only thing Balla suggests is to pass a law to favor Artur Shehu and the criminal groups in the country. Every move by the DP must be realistic and not be done for political show. What is certain is that Balla is the leader of the group, in a group where half of the group hates him because of his behavior in relation to the deputies. Imagine now the hatred that the Albanians have," said Bardhi.
