At the 60th anniversary of the University of the Arts, the great absentees were not only the eternal artists! They had called them, to honor them!
A good portion of the professors were missing. Those who filled the pages and screens of the national media just a few weeks ago. Those who denounce the institution for fraud, injustice, and lack of standardization of academic titles*.
Just look at the photos shared on the institution's social media and you'll find them all there. Those who have left their mark and mark. Even the absent ones!
A Photo as Old as 30 Years!
In 60 years of history, only these two (the first and second on the left of the photo) are the authors and actors who gave their face, shape, inferiority, and vices to the 30 years, the half-life of the Institute-Academy-University of Arts!
These two don't give up! They die for protagonism! Even though they know very well that they have left nothing undone to the only educational institution of art in this country; they don't hide. Look at how "modest" they look! With the mammoth hand that they themselves chose as the rector of continuity, they are honoring Prof. Fatmir Hysi, the researcher and musicologist who directed the Institute in the distant years 1991-1992.
Take away a couple of other directors who were commanded by Berisha's party until the bloody 1997; from this picture, only Mr. Hysi opens and closes the era of leaders who were not chosen by the state and the party.
Actor Çaush Kastrioti reigned as rector for 19 years (1997-2008/2016-2024), while actor Malaj Petriti served for 8 years (2008-2016)*. When they changed the rector's baton, they immediately took over, without even cooling down, the chair of the dean of drama. Kaçi served for 16 years, but Petja outdid him with the deanship: 17 years. The latter, today, acts in folklore diplomacy, while Kaçi the Invincible, is kept in the job as a personality with high contributions! He postpones his retirement years to the benches of a bar in front of the FAB Gallery, without entering a single hour in the auditorium! The salary he receives, as an employed pensioner, is stratospheric!
For this violation and violation of the state budget, his successor, the stage designer in letters, Bakall Eraldi, is the guarantor. 12 years as vice-rector of the educational process (2012-2024), sometimes under Petja and sometimes under Kaçi, he won with half an extra vote because together with boss Kaçi they opened and closed the bargains for the titles "Professor in Arts"... but that was the GAME!
Law, Illegality and Victims
30 vitet e fundit, nga 60 gjithë e gjithë, janë vite të dramës së luajtur në kulisa, por që efektet i ka gërthitëse! Një “psikologe” pa diplomë, e punësuar me dokumenta të falsifikuara, përfaqësoi Universitetin e Arteve në komisionin që hartoi Ligjin për Arsimin e Lartë. Kush nuk u habit e kush nuk kundërshtoi asokohe. Askujt nuk i eci. Vendosi Malaj. Sot, atyre që kërkojnë t’u njihet Titulli, u thonë e ka fajin Ligji. Petjan nuk e keni më aty, alias-psikologen, laj-thaj aty e gjeni, oponencën për paaftësi ia kanë bërë vetëm studentët*… kolegët vazhdojnë t’i hanë kumbullat e tharta. Titullarët vazhdojnë ta përdorin. Shteti vazhdon të sfidohet përditë. Skandali me këtë falsifikatoren është fshehur duke falsifikuar të tjera akte shtetërore dhe raporte për Ministrinë e Arsimit e më tej. Kaç-Malaj-Bakalli e të tjerë janë autorë. Ai stan, atë bylmet!
30 vite: nepotizëm dhe konflikt interesi
Kaçi ka emëruar me dorën e vet të birin, motrën, burrin e motrës.
Petja emëroi gruan, sapo mori spektrin e rektorllëkut! Tani, znj. ambasadoreshë nuk bën asnjë orë mësimi. Paga rrjedh në llogari.
Nën shembullin e bosave, Bakalli punëson djalin e motrës. Pedagog. Në katedrën e vet. Thonë që ka qenë personalisht(!) në komisionin e punësimit. Pastaj, e cakton nipin në komisionin e zgjedhjeve t’i ruajë votën përballë kandidatit kundërshtar. Bakalli fiton me gjys vote plus.
Kacelarja paguan vëllain e vet! Për merita të larta, që i dinë bosat, nuk e nxjerr njeri në pension!
Ç’të mbjellësh, do korrësh
Çka mbollën këta këto 30 vjet i ka dhënë frytet! Me bollëk:
Nuk ka garë as virtyt! Nuk ka kut as standard vlerësimi! E trishtë dhe syçjerrëse:
Programe studimi ku nuk konkurron asnjë kandidat!
Programe studimi ku mezi bëhen bashkë 5-6-7 studentë!
Administrata fryhet me personel të padobishëm!
“Profesorë” fallco që bëjnë sikur preken nga padrejtësia ndaj profesoratit të ri e “solidarizohen” me ta ditën me diell, por janë ata vetë barrikadistët e përparimit normal sipas aftësive dhe meritës.
Prandaj nuk kishte asgjë për të festuar këtë 60-vjetor!
Korifejtë u ftuan, por ata s’kishin gjëprejgjëje në dorë… për të shpëtuar! 30 vitet e fundit gërryen gropën e të vetmit institucion të arsimit të lartë të arteve në Shqipëri.
… ka edhe më!
Shumë artistë të rinj, të dorëzuar para padrejtësive dhe absurditetit i cili këtu është shndërruar në status; të telendisur nga sorollatjet institucionale; i shkruajnë dhe ankohen te ish-profesori, ish-kolegu, gjithmonë artist, edhe pse kryeministër, Edi Rama!
Në fakt, e bëjnë me naivitetin e njeriut të artit, me shpresën se vetëm ai mund t’ua kuptojë dertin, shkurt si artisti-artistit!
Por, shumë prej tyre kanë marrë përgjigje të tipit: “Po pse m’i thoni mua?! Ç’punë kam unë?!”
I kompleksuar prej kohësh… dmth që prej kohës kur ai vetë iku nga ky institucion, në njëfarë mënyre edhe si rebelim ndaj “pandryshueshmërisë” së kthyer në normë(!) dhe u mor thjesht me art apo edhe me politikë, Rama nuk do “të përfshihet”. Ka zgjedhur DISTANCIMIN!
Nonsense! Maybe he will reflect one day and become a statesman, not a neutral!
Under the unconditional "independence" of the higher educational institution, vulgar chauvinism-malayism-bakallism was conceived and revived.
The students are celebrating! The school is too!
Who will survive from these... we'll see!
Far from partisanship or statism, Art and Arts Education must be strongly supported and promoted by the State as an asset of Man and the Nation!
