Democratic Party MP Flamur Noka has reacted after the murder of a businessman that shocked the city of Elbasan yesterday evening, accusing the government of a total collapse of public order and security.
In his reaction, Noka states that Albania is in the hands of cartels and the state is run by crime.
Noka denounces what he describes as the failure of institutions to guarantee the security of citizens and the organized crime that is dominating the state.
"Albania in the hands of cartels. Cities controlled by crime. State run by Narcos," writes Noka.
