The released video shows a white Hyundai vehicle following 23-year-old Dobra from behind, very close to his apartment.
Meanwhile, the other black Range Rover vehicle served as a surveillance vehicle. The 23-year-old was abducted by the people in the white Hyundai vehicle, and from what has been reported so far, it appears that they introduced themselves as police officers.
