Lezha Police have identified the suspected perpetrator of the violence against 35-year-old Petrit Paloka, the night before in Rrilë, Lezha.

According to sources, his name has not been revealed because the investigation is still ongoing. The police have reviewed security camera footage from several businesses to see the movements of the car the perpetrator was driving and compare it with footage obtained near the scene of the incident.

Petrit Paloka was forcibly removed from the vehicle he was traveling in and then hit with a baseball bat, sustaining serious injuries.

Before the Blues, Petrit Paloka stated that he did not know the perpetrators.

"I did not recognize the people who raped me, as they were masked," the young man said.

Meanwhile, the police have conducted searches in several apartments, while it is still unknown whether they have tracked down the perpetrators. The young man is currently in the Trauma Hospital.
