The dynamics that led to the placement of TNT at the "Pearl of the Sea" have been revealed.
After owner Sajmir Sina refused to rent the bar to Flogert Mezhika, Jeton Lami met with Sina and imposed a fine of 500 thousand euros on him.
However, this fact was denied by Lami in his testimony to the police. "The above circumstances are not true at all. I have never threatened or threatened any person, especially not the complainant.
"I have neither acquaintance nor social relationship with the complainant and I do not remember ever meeting him, let alone pressuring him to give me property," Lami testified according to the investigative file.

One of the first people questioned by the investigative group regarding the conflict with Sajmir Sina was Flogert Mezhika, who for his part removed any responsibility from himself.
He even tried throughout the entire time to mitigate the conflict as much as possible, showing that they had cleared up misunderstandings with Sajmir.
Even in the case of their argument at the 'Vila 23' bar, he says that Sajmir had sent people to apologize to him.
"A few months ago I wanted to rent a place near the 'Vila 23' place, which was under construction.
For this reason, I inquired with a flower seller and got the number of the owner of this facility. After speaking with citizen Sajmir Sina, I asked him to rent the premises to me and discussed that we would also sign a contract for this purpose when the works were completed.
At first, Sajmir agreed and I continuously followed the progress of the works.
Then, since I frequented the area often, I heard that the premises I had agreed on with Sajmir would become a fish restaurant.
I called and asked Saimir, who sidestepped my conversation by telling me that they would talk when he came to Albania.
A few days later, Sajmir came to Albania and told me that he had changed his mind and would not make it a bar, but a fish restaurant.
I felt very insulted as I had been invested in this project for months, but I left Sajmir without saying a word to him, except that we had left him manfully and men don't do that.
A few days later, I was walking down the alley between Sajmir's bar and 'Villa 23' when I bumped into two people in their 30s who were looking at me in a strange way.
The next argument happened when I was sitting at a table with the owner of the bar 'Vila 23', who had invited me for a coffee.
Just a few minutes later, Sajmir came to our table and started shouting loudly, telling me in a threatening tone what I had with his nephew and that he would put me in the ground.
"I did not react and did not answer him. Then Sajmir left with his wife and nephew.
From that moment on, I have not met Sajmir again, while he has sent people to apologize to me and to clear up the misunderstanding," Mezhika testifies.
But when asked about his acquaintance with Jeton Lamin, Flogert Mezhika did not deny that they knew each other. According to him, this acquaintance was only due to the fact that they both frequented the same bar, 'Vila 23', but according to him, they had never communicated together.
"With Jeton Lamin, I drink coffee at the same bar with him, 'Vila 23'. but we have never talked together. Regarding the explosion, I have no knowledge and at the time the incident occurred, I was in my apartment sleeping," he said.
But while he said that he had no connection to the explosion, or that the debate with Sajmir Sina over the rent of the building was over and done with, the testimony of one of the tenants seems to refute that given by Flogert Mezhika.
When questioned as a person with knowledge of the circumstances of the incident, Klodian M, who rented the 'Perla e Detit' restaurant owned by Sajmir Sinës, told the investigative group that Flogert Mezhika had told him that he would not enjoy the premises he was renting.
For this reason it was good that he gave up.
" While they were doing work on the rented facility (Perla e Detit), around June or July, at the restaurant we have, citizen Flogert Mezhika came with his family to have dinner.
And here he told my brother that he knew that we had rented the place, but we should give up, because he would take it, and that we would not be able to enjoy it ," he said.
But as seen below, Florin Domi, the owner of the 'Vila 23' bar, where most of the events take place, comes forward to defend Flogert Mezhika and the testimony he gave to the police.
Florin Domi told the investigative group that it was Sajmir who had conflicted and offended Flogert. He denied knowing about the fine that Jeton Lami had imposed on Sajmir, even though the latter said in his testimony that Florin Domi was there when Jeton Lami imposed the fine on him.
“Prej 8 vitesh unë kam një lokal të marrë me qira, të quajtur ‘Vila 23’ në rrugën Bulevardi ‘Nënë Tereza’ në Kamëz. Në lidhje me shtetasin Sajmir Sina, unë njihem që nga koha kur ai bënte punimet në një ambient biznesi pranë lokalit tim, që tani ëshë bërë restorant peshku ‘Perla e Detit’. Gjatë kësaj kohe unë jam takuar disa herë me Sajmirin në lokalin tim por nuk kam biseduar shumë me të.
Në lidhje me Flogert Mezhikën unë atë e njoh si klient prej rreth tre vitesh. Por njihemi dhe familjarisht pasi kemi fëmijët me një çerdhe. Përsa i përket konfliktit të tyre di që në muajin gusht Sajmiri erdhi në lokalin tim dhe e ofendoi Flogertin, duke i thënë që nëse kthente kokën më nga lokali i tij do ta fuste në tokë.

“Unë se kam thirrur asnjëherë Sajmir Sinën për të takuar Jeton Lamin.
Në lidhje me Jetonin për herë të fundit e kam takuar më datë 15 Nëntor dhe me të njihem prej 10 vitesh që në periudhën e gjimnazit. Pas daljes nga burgu Jetoni punon tek lokali im, ku është edhe i siguruar. Në lidhje me pajisjen e DVR-së, nuk është funksionale prej rreth katër muajsh, pasi për shkak të tensionit të lartë janë djegur dhe nuk i kam vendosur më”, tha Domi.
Por vetë Jeton Lami, i pyetur nga grupi hetues mohoi çdo thënie të Sajmir Sinës kundrejt tij. Sikurse edhe pretendimin e këtij të fundit, se ai e kishte gjobitur, ku për nevoja të hetimit u krye dhe kqyrja e jashtme fizike e Jeton Lamit, nga ku rezultoi se ai ka një gjatësi 197 cm, trup të rregullt, flokë të shkurtra, të rëna në pjesën para, me mjekër të gjatë, ngjyrë të zezë.

“Rrethanat e mësipërme nuk janë aspak të vërteta. Unë as nuk kam kanosur dhe as kam kërcënuar ndonjëherë ndonjë person, dhe jo më kallëzuesin.
Me kallëzuesin nuk kam as njohje dhe as marrëdhënie shoqërore dhe nuk mbaj mend ta kem takuar ndonjëherë, dhe jo më ta kem shtrënguar për dhënie pasurie”, ka dëshmuar Lami.
Por grupi hetues ka dyshimet e veta se të tre, Florin Domi, Flogert Mezhika dhe Jeton Lami, janë bërë bashkë për të shantazhuar dhe gjobitur Sajmir Sinën me qëllim zhvatjen e tij.

From the investigations, there are suspicions that these citizens have thrown explosives on the external facade of the business, causing material damage, due to the failure to pay an amount of 500,000 euros, requested as a fine against the owner of the facility, citizen Sajmir Sina," the police statement says.
According to the police, this is because these citizens know each other very well, also due to the fact that they frequent the same bar, and there are suspicions that they have also organized other criminal events.
While another suspicion is related to the fact that the unidentified person who placed the TNT in the restaurant owned by Sajmir Sinës, based on the footage, left precisely in the direction of the area where the suspects reside and stay./In Shënjestër
