The GJKKO has ordered the arrest of Dashnor Dumani, the brother of Nuredin Dumani.
Dashnor Dumani was extradited a few days ago from Dubai. Dumani is accused of the triple murder that occurred in 2018 in Bradashesh where Indrit Alibej, Arben Dylgjeri and a Turkish citizen were killed in an assassination attempt. Dumani is also accused by SPAK of being involved in the robbery of Rinas.
Meanwhile, the court has changed the security measure from "prison arrest" to "house arrest" for Armis Stafa, who is suspected by SPAK of money laundering in function of the criminal organization of the brothers Hajdar and Franc Çopja.
But who is Dashnor Dumani, known simply as "Dashi" in the underworld?
His name appears in police files since 2010, filed for theft in the Durrës area. Then in 2015 Dashnor Dumani was caught along with 5 other people in the city of Durrës with a large amount of TNT. At that time, it was suspected that the TNT would be used for a criminal event with the order that one of the arrested had received. Dashnor Dumani also has police files in France, as a prostitute, a criminal offense for which he was also convicted in France.
Dashnor Dumani's connections with the criminal world extended to Elbasan, where he formed a friendship with Talo Çela. In many of the incidents, Dashnor Dumani was not only discovered by investigators but also by his own brother Nuredin Dumani. Regarding the robbery of lek in Rinas by Talo Çela's group, from Nuredin Dumani's testimony it appears that Talo Çela, Altin Ndoci, the Çala brothers, Admir Murataj, Dashnor Dumani and Dorian Shkoza participated.
Dash Dumani is suspected by SPAK of having been part of the Bradashesh Massacre in 2018, where 3 family members of Erion Alibey, another fugitive from justice, were killed. The two brothers in SPAK files appear to have separate jobs. One (Dashnor) worked for the Çopjave with Talo Çela, the other (Nuredin) had become an assistant to Erion Alibey in his plan to take revenge and kill Talo Çela. Nuredin Dumani, during several communications on "SkyECC" speaks with his brother Dashnor, regarding the Bradashesh massacre, where Dashnor Dumani himself admits to having been part of the group that shot at Erjon Alibey's brother, killing 3 people.
An extradition agreement has also been reached for one of the members of the Çopjave organization. Armis Stafa, 36 years old, from Elbasan, who was arrested on May 27 in Dubai, after being wanted for the "Golden Bullet 2" file, in which the Çopjave were hit. His role was to launder the money of this criminal organization through car trading.
