A photo of Nevzat Spaho, the suspected perpetrator of the murder of 43-year-old Edmond Mëhalla in Elbasan, has been published. He is accused of being involved in the businessman's execution, an event that shocked the country a few days ago.
The arrest was carried out in Prrenjas, where Nevzat Spaho lives, a person with a criminal record, who, according to preliminary investigations, is suspected of being the executioner of the Mahala.
Nevzat Spaho was previously convicted by the Elbasan court on charges of "Coercion by Threat to Take Property" and "Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon".
In 2022, it emerged that citizen Nevzat Spaho physically assaulted and threatened a citizen with a firearm for giving him a sum of 3,000 euros. He is also accused of attempted murder.
