Police have responded to an incident in Shkodra, where fire was opened on a moving vehicle. Police say it was a fight between several people and a 42-year-old man was raped, before his vehicle was opened on fire.
The person who was shot at has been identified as Edison Tirana, 42 years old.
" At around 19:30, citizen ET, 42 years old, resident of Berica, presented to the Emergency Department of the Shkodra Regional Hospital with head and body injuries, suspected to have been caused by hard objects.
The 42-year-old was involved in a conflict, suspected of weak motives, and at the entrance to the city of Koplik he was hit with hard objects by several people, who also fired firearms during the conflict. The investigation group is working to clarify the circumstances and legally document the case , "the police said.
