More details have been revealed from the incident in Shkodra, where a moving vehicle was opened fire. It is suspected that there was a conflict between the drivers of the two vehicles, a conflict that started at the Hani i Hoti customs office over an overtaking issue.
The drivers had an argument among themselves and then continued to overtake each other until they reached the Koplik roundabout, where gunfire erupted.
Meanwhile, the car has 5 bullets in its rear. According to sources, the police have also identified the other vehicle and the suspected perpetrator who fired the gun. Fortunately, no one was injured.
