Gun attacks in the country don't stop...
Less than a week after the assassination attempt in Rinas where two people were killed, another gun attack occurred today.
It is learned that fire was opened on a vehicle at the Koplik roundabout in Shkodra.
Police say it was a fight between several people and a 42-year-old man was raped, and then his vehicle was opened fire. The person in question has been identified as Edison Tirana, 52.
" At around 19:30, citizen ET, 42 years old, resident of Berica, presented to the Emergency Department of the Shkodra Regional Hospital with head and body injuries, suspected to have been caused by hard objects.
The 42-year-old was involved in a conflict, suspected of weak motives, and at the entrance to the city of Koplik he was hit with hard objects by several people, who also fired firearms during the conflict. The investigation group is working to clarify the circumstances and legally document the case , "the police said.
The vehicle appears to have been shot while moving and to escape the bullets it crashed into the curb of a gas station. One side of the car is damaged. The tires are also completely damaged. Meanwhile, the car has 5 bullets in its rear part in the trunk.
Police forces have arrived at the scene and have launched investigations to fully uncover the incident and capture the perpetrators.
