The protest in Zvërnec revealed that Prime Minister Edi Rama lied to the "Trump" family about the guarantees he gave them regarding the rules, legality of land ownership, and procedures for investment permits in Zvërnec.
There are no foreign investors who dare to make investments, especially millions and billions of euros, when they do not have guarantees from the government and the state where they want to invest; guarantees that, as is understood, Edi Rama has given to the "Trump" family, deceiving them as if he had followed all legal procedures.
Prime Minister Edi Rama deceived Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner and their Arab co-investors by guaranteeing that the land of trafficker Artur Shehu in Zvërnec had been acquired with a legal ownership deed and was free of any problems or conflicts between parties.
But at the moment Edi Rama made them an offer to implement the project in Zvërnec and recommended the purchase of the land, that land was and is in legal proceedings and is now under investigation by SPAK, because the owner on paper, the trafficker Artur Shehu, had robbed it with forged documents.
When Prime Minister Edi Rama granted the development permit to the Trump family company, he lied that the government had conducted public consultations with local residents and environmental organizations and had received their consent.
Prime Minister Edi Rama deceived Donald Trump's daughter and son-in-law, saying that the Albanian government had conducted an environmental study of the area, but the protest in Zvërnec revealed his lie - even Edi Rama himself admitted that no public consultation was conducted and there is no environmental study.
By changing the law on protected areas, Edi Rama deceived the couple Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, as if the area and the Zvërnec Lagoon were not a protected "Natural Park" area - a habitat for flamingos, rare flora and fauna - and that there would be no problem with European agencies.
Prime Minister Edi Rama accompanied these lies and adventurous acrobatics with expedited decisions to grant development permits and permits to fence off land purchased by drug trafficker Artur Shehu, which he robbed using forged documents.
Faced with the guarantees given to them by Edi Rama, Donald Trump's daughter and son-in-law explored Zvërnec twice with their architects and with Edi Rama; they bought the land, had dinner on their yacht together, and he began signing the decisions for the resort's permit.
Therefore, they fenced the land, began preparing the construction site, and requested the intervention of the State Police, at the moment when residents, the real owners of the land, and environmentalists began protesting against the construction of the resort.
The "Trump" family and their co-investors, with official papers in hand, developed by them, could not imagine that they had been deceived by Prime Minister Edi Rama, who acts as if Albania is his "pasha".
The adventure of the psycho-delirious autocratic Edi Rama ended with the protest that forced him to cancel the works for the Zvërnec resort and the international tarnish he inflicted on the "Trump" family.
Without a doubt, it was Edi Rama who, through international lobbyists and realtors, offered Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner the Zvërnec area and the island of Sazani for investment, as the only way to secure personal and political consideration from President Donald Trump./ Pamphlet
