The Prime Minister says he has no connection to 'The Albanian Files', the book of tower and resort projects, but 113 of them have been built or are in the process, while 287 are in areas that he himself removed from protection. Who brought the architects? Who gave them the cadastral data? Why did he autograph it for EU leaders? 15 unanswered questions about the author who denies authorship...
During his 13 years in power, Edi Rama has denied responsibility and involvement in any corrupt affair, theft of funds and assets, PPPs and construction permits, even though he signed them himself.
And for the book with 523 towers and resorts, Edi Rama denied authorship, even saying that he was not involved in any of those projects, except for writing the foreword at the request of the architects.
Knowing that Edi Rama does not admit anything even when "caught red-handed", we are asking him 15 questions regarding the denial of authorship and the inclusion in the book of the towers and resorts that will be built in Albania by the mafia of power, politics, concrete and drugs.
Questions for the Prime Minister:
1. Who brought foreign architects to Albania and hired them for this book of construction projects, precisely those who have designed the towers and resorts so far, and you are accommodating them in government villas?
2. Who provided the foreign architects with the geographical, archival and cadastral data, with details about the lands, plots, parks and beaches where the investments will be made?
3. Have you, as Prime Minister, as Chairman of the National Council and Chairman of the Strategic Investment Committee, signed the approval of the development plan map of the areas with these projects?
4. Who gave foreign architects the state permit to design the urban development plan of the country and in the relevant areas?
5. Can it be believed that you as prime minister, especially someone like you, Edi Rama, who also decorates nurseries and guesthouses in villages, are not involved in these construction projects worth billions of euros in the most preferred areas?
6. Why do you deny that you are not the author of the book, or even involved, when 113 of the 523 tower, hotel and resort projects have been built or are in the process of construction?
7. Why do you deny that you are not the author of the book on the concreting of Albania, when the projects were approved by the government, in the program announced by you 6 months ago: "New Tourist Albania"?
8. Is it a coincidence that the book "The Albanian Files" with 523 tower projects, villa complexes, palaces and resorts was compiled 1 year after the amendment to the law on protected areas?
9. Why do you deny your involvement in this concreting book, when 287 projects have been designated in protected areas, which you personally removed from the protection list?
10. How do you deny involvement in the continued concreting of Tirana and the coastline, when the projects have specific names – not coincidentally oligarchs and drug traffickers linked to you as prime minister?
11. As prime minister, have you been interested in where investors will find millions of euros to build towers and resorts, when many of the companies have capital of 1,000 to 100,000 euros?
12. Could it be that you, Mr. Prime Minister, are not involved in this book of concreting by the mafia of power, of drug construction, when it is no coincidence that many of the projects are in cadastral areas and coastal lands that the government and municipalities such as Durrës, Vlora, Saranda, Fieri, Shijaku, Kavaja, Lushnja, Shkodra, etc. have defined in the lists of the "Mountain Package"?
13. How can you say, Mr. Prime Minister, that you have no connection, when the projects in that book have been accepted and registered for approval at the Territorial Development Agency?
14. When you have no connection to that book of projects for towers and resorts, why did you write an evaluative and introductory preface, which is an exalted stance for them, as government projects?
15. When you have no connection to that book of projects, why did you distribute it at international tourism fairs outside Albania; why did you give it to EU leaders with an autograph, as if you were the author; and why, after the discovery, did you come out and defend it, as you have defended all your affairs? / Pamphlet
