"If you're dragging out the hearing, fine her"/ SPAK clashes with Altin Ndoc's lawyer, demands the judge's disqualification

The court hearing for the sensational "Golden Bullet" case, where one of the main defendants is Altin Ndoci, was interrupted again, after for the second time in a row the defense lawyers left the courtroom. 

Today, the next session was held at the Criminal Court of Kosovo, where justice collaborators testified about the crimes they committed and the criminal groups they belong to.

Lawyer Elda Zotaj, legal representative of Altin Ndoc, has requested the disqualification of Judge Engjëllushe Tahiraj, claiming that she has rejected their requests and that she does not consult with the members of the judicial panel.

While SPAK has objected, requesting the replacement of Altin Ndoc's lawyer. According to the Special Prosecution Office, Elda Zotaj intends to interrupt the hearings.

"Lawyer Elda Zotaj should be fined, the Chamber of Advocates should be notified," SPAK said.

The GJKKO has removed Altin Ndoci from her lawyer and postponed the court session to Thursday, July 3.
