A serious incident has been recorded in the village of Sheqishte in Patos. It is learned that a 37-year-old father sexually abused his 12-year-old daughter.
Police announce that the 37-year-old, identified as Zamir Meta, has already been arrested.
In a statement to the media, the girl's mother, tearfully, recounted that the girl had left the apartment at 4 am and gone to the neighbors after allegedly being raped by her father.
She also claims that the girl was systematically abused since the age of 5 but was unaware of it, while indicating that the girl had aggressive behavior, and had not told anyone about this serious event.
The 30-year-old woman, in this difficult situation, is still stuck between the four roads. The mother of 7 children says that she has no financial income. Through tears, she appeals for harsh punishment for her husband and for help from the institutions.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Fier Police Commissariat arrested citizen ZM, 36 years old, resident of the village of Sheqishte, Patos, in flagrante delicto, after he is suspected of having had sexual intercourse with his 12-year-old daughter," the police announced today.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action ," the police statement said.
