In the "Golden Bullet" trial, where collaborators are Nuredin Dumani, Erjon Alibej and Skerdi Tase, a debate has taken place regarding the receipt of 6 investigative acts related to Alibej's testimony before prosecutors.
Also, lawyer Sokol Hazizaj asked the Court to remove Nuredin Dumani from the hearing when Erion Alibej is questioned. But this request was opposed by the Prosecution and by Dumani himself.

Prosecutor Doloreza Musabelliu: These are the evidences that we have brought to the court. As for the agreement, we have it in the file. The status of the collaborator cannot be questioned. The agreement was signed on June 29, 2023. The body that removes his status is only the Prosecution Body.

After these discussions, the Special Court has ordered the prosecution to make Erjon Alibej's statements available during 2022.
