He intentionally hit 4 people with his car, the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office is seeking the arrest of Sibuel Durrës. The latter, in a drunken state, after an argument he had with several people, hit them with a vehicle, fortunately causing casualties. Durrës was neutralized by the people he hit with his car, while the images that circulated on social networks were shocking.
According to an official announcement regarding the case, the Shkodra Prosecution Office accuses him as a suspect of the criminal offense of "Intentional Murder", which remains an attempt.
According to the prosecutor's office, Durrës was under the influence of alcohol.
It all started after a brief argument between the driver and several other people. The situation then escalated into a physical conflict, where the driver was reportedly punched by the people he was involved in the fight with.
