Two tons of cocaine were seized from the group that filled Europe with tons of drugs. In the file obtained by Report TV, another episode comes to light, and this time the two businessmen brothers Klevis and Artur Hoxhosmani ordered this shipment.
The drugs were ordered from Ecuador and hidden in banana boxes, but the plan of the traffickers did not go as planned, as cocaine worth 151 million euros was seized by authorities in the Port of Rotterdam in June 2020.
"The cargo arrived last night from Ecuador, 2 tons. Everything was in order, as soon as it landed from the ship, customs took it," Artur Hoxhosmani tells an unidentified member of the group during a conversation on SkyECC.
In another conversation with another member of the group, Artur Hoxhosmani informs him about the drug seizure, sending him a photo of a news story published in the media about the seizure of a 2020 kg shipment of narcotics. The member of the group shares Hoxhosmani's pain about the drugs that were seized, while telling him that it was last-minute news.
Unidentified member of the group: It hurts my soul, brother, not you.
Artur Hoxhosmani: This is good, the Netherlands is quiet on the news directly. Very bad, brother, very, very bad, it's coming. I have the problem of the crane, brother, that lowered the box because they have so many hours of pressure, you understand. And the load is 2 tons, I'm crying about this problem.
Unidentified group member: Yes, I have some last minute news, brother.
SPAK has further documented his brother's involvement in drug trafficking, through conversations on SkyECC. It is Artur Hoxhosmani himself who reveals his brother Klevis, while talking to a member of the group and telling him that his address on SkyECC will now be used by Keli, who was referred to by the nickname "K", "Keli" or "blue".
"And I contacted the captain. They caught that manager. It was morning, my lawyer confirmed. I did it on the 19th and on the 26th. I'm on the other line, but I'll keep this one because I'll keep K ," says Artur Hoxhosmani.
It was the investigation that SPAK had launched into the criminal group that had planned the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja that led to the discovery of the group that filled the whole of Europe with cocaine. Well-known names of the criminal world, such as Palurent Dervishaj, the repentant Erion Alibej, but also Hoxhosmani or the boss of 'Cinco', Ermir Ndreaj, were part of the group with 16 members in total who trafficked at least 6 tons of cocaine, with a market value of 411 million Euros.
