The repentant justice Artan Tafani continued his testimony today at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC), revealing new details about the incident with the TNT bomb placed at rapper Noizy's bar in June 2022.
Tafani stated that after the event, the group moved to Ksamil, where, according to him, it was claimed that the act had been committed and further movements were discussed, including alleged contacts with police structures and new preparations of disguises and weapons for the group's actions.
"After some time, we went to Ksamil. There, Laerti spoke to Klevioli on the phone. He said that he had put TNT on Noizy. I was looking for the Peqin case. Laert Haxhiu also had contacts with Suel Çela. He spread the word, said that I have a friend who is the chief of the crime police in Elbasan and that I will close the Peqin case. They had a short Kalashnikov, we kept it at home. Laerti had a plastic mask, a blonde wig, Laerti's girlfriend had found it. We also bought clothes, a women's shirt. I would dress as a woman with a long dress. Those girls bought the clothes.

In today's hearing, the repentant justice official, Artan Tafani, confessed that the TNT he placed in the business of Rigels Rajku, the rapper known as Noizy, and his father in Durrës in June 2022 on Haxhiu's orders, was prompted by a phone call from his mother.
"The time was set, to go at 4 o'clock. We had the TNT at home. We had taken it in Tepelena. We prepared 1 kg, taped them together with tape, because we had them in 200-300 gram bricks. We got the car ready. Lulzim Spahiu and Laerti were at home. Lulzim and I got the car ready. My car was being searched. We also had a black Benz there. We took the Benz's license plates and put them on my car. We left at 3 o'clock in the morning. Around 4 o'clock we went to Durrës. Lulzim Spahiu knew the bar. We went there. We parked nearby. Laerti said to drop it off at Noizy's bar. The bar was on the second floor and had the windows open. I went there, but I couldn't find the stairs to get up. I went back to the car, I told Gëzim, I can't find the stairs. In the end "I said, put it in the shop downstairs, the clothing shop. Okay, Laertes said, put it there. I put it in the door, lit the fuse and ran to the car. As soon as we got away from the tracks, like a canal or a bridge, without reaching the main road, we heard the explosion," said Tafani.

Noizy himself did not appear to testify on Wednesday at the next hearing in the Laert Haxhiu gang trial. The subpoena will be repeated for him. Meanwhile, for the May 28 hearing, several other witnesses will be announced, including Kleviol Ahmeti, the rapper known as "Cllevio."
In Wednesday's hearing, Bashkim Rajku, Noizy's father, stated that he knew Ahmeti as an artist and a person who dealt with social networks and that the conflict between him and his son had arisen over jealousy over music. "It seems to me that there were small frictions, jealousy, competition. Over music. Apart from that, I don't know if there was any physical or verbal conflict," Rajku is quoted as saying.
