A 19-year-old has been declared wanted and a 20-year-old will be investigated at large after threatening their peer with a shotgun.
According to the police report, the young men also damaged the 23-year-old's car, who will also be investigated at large, after a quantity of cannabis was found in his car.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Tepelena Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen EA, 20 years old, resident of Libohova, and they also declared citizen SA, 19 years old, resident of the village of Progonat, wanted, as it is suspected that these citizens, for weak motives, damaged the vehicle and threatened citizen BK, 23 years old, resident of Gjirokastër with a shotgun. Work is underway to capture the 19-year-old.
"Also, criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen BK, after during a search of his vehicle, the Police found and seized a small amount of cannabis," the police announced today.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Gjirokastra, for further action.
