The Special Court has released from "house arrest" Gjulio Vuksan, the only person isolated by SPAK, on behalf of the investigation into the Dobraç massacre, the event of October 30, 2024 in Shkodra, where 4 people were killed.
The security measure against Vuksan, suspected of stealing the Range Rover vehicle used by the perpetrators, was relaxed at the suspect's own request.
According to the decision, the special judge, Erion Çela, accepted Vuksan's request to terminate the security measure due to the expiration of the pre-trial detention period. In the same decision, the Court obliges Vuksan to appear before SPAK on the first Monday of each month.
Gjulio Vuksani was arrested in November last year, following suspicions of involvement in the event known as the "Dobraçi massacre", where a volley of bullets was fired from a moving "Range Rover" vehicle towards a "Mercedes" vehicle in which Arlind Bushati and Hamza Lici were traveling.
The bullets took the lives of both of them, while after going out of control, the victims' vehicle seriously crashed into the motorcycle where the spouses Bashkim and Flutura Basha were traveling, who also lost their lives.
The incident was investigated in the first days by the Shkodra Prosecution Office, which then transferred it to SPAK for jurisdiction, following suspicions that the perpetrators had acted as part of a structured criminal group./A2 CNN
