Elbasan Police have solved the incident that occurred on the evening of November 28 in the "Vullnetari" neighborhood, where gunshots were heard. It is learned that the conflict between the people involved in the incident began a few days before November 28.
According to the Police, a few days ago, a fight broke out between citizens EC and BB for weak motives, during which citizen EC damaged the windshield of a vehicle owned by citizen BB.
Then, on 28.11.2025, citizens BB, EC, Xh. B. and Sh. B. were involved in a conflict, where it is suspected that a gun was fired in the direction of the apartment, owned by citizen FP, where citizen EC resides.
Also, citizen EC did not report the incident. Meanwhile, citizen DK is suspected of having deleted the security camera footage of his apartment, which is located near the scene of the conflict, preventing the discovery of the truth.
As a result, the authorities have initiated criminal proceedings against citizens BB (E. Ç.), 48 years old, DK, 47 years old, EC, 24 years old.
Meanwhile, they have announced the following citizens: Xh. B., 40 years old and Sh. B., 50 years old (relatives of citizen BB).
"Elbasan Local Police Directorate. The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Elbasan Police Commissariat, following the procedural and investigative actions regarding the event of 28.11.2025, where it was announced that a firearm was allegedly fired at the apartment of citizen FP, 66 years old, in the "Vullnetari" neighborhood, inform that: - the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens BB (E. Ç.), 48 years old, DK, 47 years old, EC, 24 years old; - citizens Xh. B., 40 years old and Sh. B., 50 years old (relatives of citizen BB) were declared wanted.
The investigative actions carried out have revealed that a few days ago a conflict occurred for weak motives between citizens EC and BB, during which citizen EC damaged the window of a vehicle owned by citizen BB.
On 28.11.2025, citizens BB, EC, Xh. B. and Sh. B. were involved in a conflict, where it is suspected that a gun was fired in the direction of the apartment, owned by citizen FP, where citizen EC resides. Work is underway to capture citizens Xh. B. and Sh. B.
The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Librazhd Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against the following citizens: -RH, 40 years old, for allegedly damaging the security camera of the apartment of citizen FT; -FU, 56 years old, for allegedly verbally threatening citizen IH, for weak motives.
"Road Traffic Specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen EM, 51 years old, after the vehicle he was driving slightly injured a 13-year-old in the "Sul Paprri" neighborhood. The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Elbasan, for further action," the police announced.
