The Kakavija-Ioannina road will be blocked for several hours on Sunday afternoon (November 30), due to a protest by Greek farmers.

The Kakavija Border Police, through the Kakavija Joint Information Exchange Center, has been notified by the Greek Border Police that the protest will take place from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM Greek time.

Kakavija/ The Kakavija Border Police, through the Kakavija Joint Information Exchange Center, has been notified by the Greek Border Police that on 30.11.2025, from 18:00 to 22:00 (Greek time), the Kakavija-Ioannina road axis will be blocked due to the protest that farmers will hold.
Only vehicles with health emergencies will be allowed to circulate.
The Kakavija Border Police asks for citizens' understanding and suggests planning vehicle trips at other times of the day.
