Police officer Jetmir Uta, who at the time of the crime was performing the duty of "General Patrol Assistant/Specialist", was arrested.
The police officer had fled to Kosovo, but yesterday it was possible to arrest him upon his return to Albanian territory. He threatened the young woman not to file a police report.
