Raped and attempted to kidnap a young man, 34-year-old arrested in Tirana. In an official announcement, Tirana Police announced the arrest of citizen Luel Rabija (Pjetri), who is suspected of raping and attempting to kidnap a young man.
From the footage, it is clear that two people argue with each other, then the 34-year-old arrested man forcibly took a 40-year-old citizen into his vehicle and raped him.
As soon as information about the incident was received, the services of Police Commissariat No. 3 intervened immediately and made it possible to arrest the suspected perpetrator.
The incident is suspected to have occurred for weak motives, while the vehicle used was seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials have been referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further investigations.

As soon as they were notified that a citizen had been forcibly taken away by vehicle, the services of Police Commissariat No. 3 immediately organized the work to identify the perpetrator(s) and clarify the circumstances of the case.
As a result of quick and professional operational actions, the suspected perpetrator of the case, citizen LR(P.), 34 years old, resident of Tirana, was identified, captured and arrested.
From these actions, it is suspected that this citizen, for weak motives, forcibly took a 40-year-old man into his vehicle, whom he punched.
The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
