New details are coming to light from the serious incident that occurred in Lozhan, Maliqi, where during a police operation, officer Enea Mekolli lost his life, while his colleague, Edison Adri, was seriously injured.
It is reported that the suspected perpetrator Violand Braçellari, has displayed complete composure after his arrest. Although he was injured during the exchange of fire and had received three bullets in different parts of his body, he has not shown any sign of distress or emotional reaction.
The people who accompanied him by ambulance to the hospital say that the 44-year-old remained calm the entire time, without showing remorse or regret for the incident. According to them, he did not react at any moment to the consequences of the collision that took the life of one police officer and seriously injured another.
Other sources indicate that Braçellari's name has also been mentioned in a previous episode of violence. It is suspected that about a year ago he raped a person, dragging him on horseback for more than two hours.
Meanwhile, the investigative group is continuing its work to document all the circumstances of the event that shocked the State Police and public opinion.
