New details have come to light regarding the injury that occurred in Mamurras, where Pjetër Marku was injured after a momentary conflict. According to sources close to the investigative group, the young man had just returned from England and had no criminal record.
The incident began after a trivial collision, when Marku asked the perpetrator to drive carefully and not to spin the tires in a residential area. This intervention angered the perpetrator, who responded in an extreme manner by pulling out his gun and shooting twice with a pistol.
One of the bullets hit Mark in the arm. He was immediately transported to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, where his life is out of danger and is receiving the necessary treatment.
The perpetrator has been identified by the police and intensive searches are being carried out to capture him. The investigation team has seized security camera footage in the area, while the incident is being treated as "intentional injury" and "unauthorized possession of a weapon."
" At around 16:25, citizen PM, 50 years old, resident of Mamurras, Kurbin, presented himself to the hospital for medical assistance, suspected of being wounded with a firearm in his hand, under circumstances that are still unclear. The 50-year-old is out of danger for his life.
"An investigative group was immediately established and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigations continue to clarify the circumstances and legally document the case ," the police announced.
